Origin of Vineyards:
Age of vines (average): 25 years
Harvest dates: 15-30 August.
Classic method of red vinification with controlled temperature 26-28°C for 2 weeks. Malolactic fermentation and maturation in new french (30%) and american (70%) 225lt oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is bottled unfiltered and matures for at least 12 months in our cellar room.
Brilliant intense deep red colour, coffee, cocoa and plum aromas. Soft tannins.
Harmony of flavours:
Enjoy it with meat dishes in delicate fruit sauces and yellow cheeses. Served at 16-18°C.
