Harvest dates: 15-30 August.
Manual harvesting in 20 Kg picking baskets. Mechanical destemming. Alcoholic fermentation and extraction in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature 24°C for 14 days, full malolactic fermentation and ageing in French and American oak barriques 225lt second use for 8 months. The wine matures in the bottle for at least 6 months in our cellar room.
Intense colour, violet tints, pleasant perfumes of red fruits and spices.
Harmony of flavours:
Enjoy it with red meat, cold meat and matured cheeses. Served at 16-18°C.
