Vinification:

Manual harvesting in 20 Kg picking baskets. Mechanical destemming, skin-contact at 16°C for 48 hours, light pressure, static debourbage, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. Short ageing over fine lees and direct bottling within the production year.

Organoleptic Analysis:

Attractive rose colour, perfumes of strawberry, blackcurrant and violet.

Harmony of flavours:

Enjoy it with pasta and white meat. Served at 10°C.

Aging possibility:

1-2 years
