Harvest dates: Beginning of August.
Manual harvesting in 20 Kg picking baskets. Mechanical destemming, skin-contact at 10°C for 12 hours, light pressure, static debourbage, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C.
Aged in French oak 30% and American oak 70% for 4 months.
Full-bodied wine which releases fruity aromas and vanilla flavours.
Harmony of flavours:
Enjoy it with white meat, oil-rich fish and oysters. Served at 10-12°C.
