Harvest dates: Beginning of September.
Vinification: Manual harvesting in 20 Kg picking baskets. Mechanical destemming, skin-contact at 10°C for 8 hours, light pressure, static debourbage, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. Short ageing over fine lees and direct bottling within the production year.
Organoleptic Analysis: Intense green tints, mature citrus fruits aromas.
Harmony of flavours: Enjoy it with appetizers, salads and traditional Greek seafood. Served at 10-12°C.
