Harvest dates: Beginning of August.
Manual harvesting in 20 Kg picking baskets. Mechanical destemming, skin-contact at 10°C for 12 hours, light pressure, static debourbage, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16°C. Short ageing over fine lees and direct bottling within the production year.
A full-bodied wine which releases fruity aromas.
Harmony of flavours:
Enjoy it with white meat and seafood. Served at 10-12°C.
