The winery utilises a wide range of up-to-date mechanical equipment for the pickup of the grapes from the vineyard and a gravity flow system for the vinification in modern wine-press and stainless steel tanks. Harvesting is judged, among others, by the acidity levels suitable for each grape variety and most of the time it is practiced during early morning hours.
The barrell room is ideally controlled to provide the perfect temperature and humidity conditions for aging, that takes place in 225l barrels made of french and american oak. Our automatic bottling line, which is located in a separate room next to our cellar, handles up to 1300 bottles per hour.
The winery is open upon reservation for tours and tastings.
